AVANTASIA: More 'The Scarecrow' Chart Positions Revealed
February 15, 2008According to a posting on EDGUY singer Tobias Sammet's web site, the new album from Sammet's solo project AVANTASIA, "The Scarecrow", was "officially one of the 20 best selling albums in whole Europe during the fourth week of January. The record label has just announced that it has also reached #27 in the Spanish album charts and #36 in the official charts in Norway. For the first time one of Tobias' releases has entered the Italian charts as well, on #65."

AVANTASIA's "Lost in Space - Part 1" and "Lost in Space - Part 2" EPs recently entered the German Media Control chart at position No. 9. It is the highest single chart entry in the history of Nuclear Blast Records.
